the video was not of the incident itself it was taken after the fact so it was ruled to be of no value. if its not considered evidence i guess they would not keep it with there evidence.

I listened to the 911 call, it has everything an officer would say and someone with a conceal and carry permit would say. He gives multiple orders to the victim to step back. He warned the dispatcher of that. If someone is continuously approaching me and already broke my nose, I would shoot him too. This is self defense. The background doesn't matter, when the incident occurred he gave clear orders to step back and the victim didn't. Justified shooting in book.

I listened to the 911 call, it has everything an officer would say and someone with a conceal and carry permit would say. He gives multiple orders to the victim to step back. He warned the dispatcher of that. If someone is continuously approaching me and already broke my nose, I would shoot him too. This is self defense. The background doesn't matter, when the incident occurred he gave clear orders to step back and the victim didn't. Justified shooting in book.
