  • thumbs down

  • not too sure but its probably cain & abel google it and download it

  • I wanted to know, I'm looking into a Career to be a Computer Security Specialist, what do you think should be my first step to that goal? Specific Colleges? Military Networking??

  • You just made a video made of win!

And have me the greatest idea ever.

  • the software is netresident

  • what calling software was that

  • wat was that tool that the hackers's laptop used?

  • if you dont know you dont need to know.

  • if i dont know i dont nid to know??? lolz is that the best you can come up with? so lame hahaa

  • hahaha damn bro, chill the fuck out. its true though. if you cant look at the screen and tell what was being used, you really shouldnt be messing with it. if you have an interest in LEARNING how to use the software, PM me. ill walk you through it.. but youre still gonna have to be willing to learn.

  • Packet sniffers, they have been around for a long time. You forgot to mention cable modems, because most of the time there is one fiber feed going to each neighborhood. All of the traffic blends together before it hits the router in the head end.

Most information sent over the internet is in plain text. The packet sniffer reaches out, grabs a packet. The computer that was expecting the packet thinks it got lost and ask for it again. So the end user never notices anything.

  • WOW... look the president@

  • The majority of people dont know about computers that well. so given that it tells you this video is very possible

  • What a disapointing demonstration. I think he is just trying to get more busines..

YOU DO KNOW THAT INTERNET TRAFIC PASSES IN CLEAR TEXT!! duuhh? yes anyone can use a packet sniffer and capture local internet traffic in an open network, and YES you can encrypt email, voip and browsing to protect yourself.

Why dont you try hacking a truely protected computer with your free tools?

  • do you have a "truely protected computer" i can hack with my "free tools"? seriously.

  • hi sir!do you happen to know how to hack a huawei usb modem with model e226 and hack on my internet provider without being detected so i could enjoy free internet?if you do,well i gladly need your brilliant brain to teach me please..coz my internet provider is eating up my load or should i say its consuming more money than the internet service it provides.i already complained about it but they have no good remedy..

  • wat software is on the hackers laptop?

  • I also feel its a bit unfair to let people think youd be protecting their email from snooping, so they VPN to your service, once it leaves your service over the rest of the internet and to its destination, its no longer encrypted, Its back to plain text.

  • Or for free you can just be sure you use Secure POP and SMTP, and SSL and SSH. all the other stuff who cares if anyone see's it.

  • its not cain an able as someone suggested there are no icons along the top, i see this guys point of view thou it only takes a few hours of searching and a little brain power and its possible.

  • If your in a coffee shop, how exactly to you plan to protect them? just another stupid advertisement on you tube. I assume you have no really skills besides making some spiffy powerpoints.

  • Phorrigan51. Thanks for your comments. Protecting them comes from an understanding of how easily someone can be hacked. I can assume you are frustrated because my video didn't show you HOW to improve your hacking skills. It was designed to illustrate how easy someone's computer data can be stolen. Just curious, why did you bother to watch it in the first place?

  • wat software is that

  • I watched it because seemed like an interesting topic. I could care less about you showing me how to "hack" a wireless network. I have a huge problem when people try to explain something that I don't feel they understand. You made people think that you have some fix for this. This it the problem when connecting to unsecured wireless networks, or any network for that matter you are at the whim of whoever owns those network resources. There is no fix for that.

  • We've received hundreds of requests for more videos and will be posting more with actual instructions on the steps necessary to protect people's systems. We have the expertise and understanding of wireless security issues. It's an ever-changing topic and that's why I do my best to stay current through my work with the Top 1000 Fortune companies. I wrote the book for the layperson to understand what they can do and created the video for awareness. Thanks for your comments.

  • Indeed it is really not hard, you are never proteced unless your a hacker yourself.

  • Not true. Go to Wifi Security Guy (dot) com and you can be protected for less than 49 cents a day.

  • Just read Mike Foster's book "The Secure CEO" from Amazon on my new Kindle reader. I was worried that the content might be too technical, but was amazed that even a non-techie like me could understand what we needed to do to improve our computer and wireless security. Thanks Mike! I want more videos!

  • but u need to tell us, what is that software that the "hacker computer" is using on your video. not everybody has a software like that

  • Uhhh, it looks like Cain & Abel.

  • It's not cain and abel. That's a completely different tool.

  • That software does come at a cost (~ $200), but it's made up of tools that are all free. Check out dsniff and all the tools that come with it. All these guys did was wrap a GUI around the dsniff tools.
