Just more bull shit from the NCAA. I believe that the NCAA and its leaders in particular miles Brand have a grudge against all conferences that are not the Big ten or Pac-10. Take USC and their seemingly endless violations and no penaltys, Indiana got some but not nearly as much as they should have for the violations they commited. It seems that all the conferences that are pushing for a playoff system in football the NCAA comes down harder on than those (Big10, Pac10) who dont want one. Funny..
