TIme in this world is not the same as time on other worlds which is why it seems like it is forever when you are in this state. Semi cons level! Yes the prayer does work but it will most typically happens again...this is a semi state which can also be acheived through meditation...Props for the upload, most people won't even talk about it! I no longer fear this, we can control this, just like you said when you tap into it.

Yeah this is real I have had several experiences, they actually went away and recently no kidding I had one a few days ago after months of not having them...it is crazy, it is real, but I think it happens to people who do not realize that they have the ability to astro project. I used to be scared of this thing, I am no longer! I honestly am not sure how "they" doctors say that this is just a dream state, yeah, tell that to the sheeple!

I am so so so excited!!! The reason is because you have been sufferring for ten years and yes it stopped but I will teach you something that makes it stop instantly. REBUKE IT IN JESUS NAME and it goes away!!! This is satans bondage on us and God allows for us to experience it to show us how hopeless and stuck we are without Him. It's never a pleasent experience. The truth is you need Jesus; we all do. Repent, put your trust and faith in Him and be saved!

What a coincidence, I've undergone sleep paralysis once in my life so far and it was horrible. I had a dream I was getting crushed under a car and when I woke up it still felt like something humongous was on my back. I could only move my eyes so the anxiety kicked in real quick. Something similar happened just the other day but I'm not sure if it was sleep paralysis since the symptoms except this time I could actually move the rest of my body. I just couldn't stop the pain.

Thanks for the vid. I haven't had sleep paralysis so much after I started praying regularly at night. I noticed you covered prayer. I agree with the reason we get paralised as omcasey1 says. But I pray non the less as it is a very scary experience! God bless you, I hope it gets better for you!

hey, thanks for contacting me and showing me this. i ended up deleting my video but plan on redoing it and going more in depth with my experiences from all of these years. i havent had an experience these past couple of months surprisingly.....

Excellent first video, very! well done.. I am always pleased to meet another of us, waking to the wider reality. Sleep paralysis is one of my least favorite OBE symptoms, but the quicker the fear is worked through, the quicker the conscious mind opens out beyond the physical. I know just what you mean about the paralysis seeming out of your conscious control, and this is true, but it is the energy of our own SUPERconscious which is responsible for it, and not anything untoward (like demons).

Sleep paralysis occurs naturally with everyone every night. The paralysis occurs so that while we dream at night the body does not get up and begin acting out our dreams. It is a safety device to keep the physical body safe while we dream. This said, it is new indeed when the conscious mind, accustomed to falling asleep with the body, instead remains awake as this happens. But!, the lock to the jail cell is being removed- many of us are stepping through.
