Yes, I have contacted WB... about 42 times in total during 1998 as part of a campaign known as "Rovers Under Fiendish Fire" (RUFF). The massive writing campaign was then new territory for the Internet. Two times, I received a form letter that included an "autographed" picture of the Rovers. I suppose WB grew weary of all the letters and stopped responding altogether.

Actually, he did. It was revealed in one episode that General Parvo was Proffessor Shepherd's business partner before the Road Rovers came to be. He kidnapped Scout, the Proff's dog, and tried to use the prototype machine on him. It had no effect other than driving Scout insane, resulting in Muzzle.

Speaking of Muzzle, I always wondered about his potential. Well, I know for sure that this would never happen due to Muzzle's extremely dangerous reputation. But since the machine he was put through was a prototype, then that must mean that there was a defect which could explain Muzzle's failiure to transform. But I can only imagine if he was put through a newer model of the mutator machine, then not only would he gain a humanoid appearance, but I bet he'd be super powerful.

He'd probably end up as the "Wolverine" of the group. It sounds like a neat idea for a fanfic, and if nobody else tries it I might even give it a shot sometime myself. But I don't know how well it would have worked on the show. Once a character is a certain way, it's usually best to avoid any big, sweeping changes like that.

Well, the idea about "Cano-Sapien Muzzle" has been used at least a few times already in a few of the fanfics. But that doesn't mean we can't give it a try ourselves. And yes; personality wise I guess he would be the "Wolverine" as you said. But strength wise, I'll bet he'd have the strength of Superman or the Hulk depending on how he develops. Somehow I think he would have other powers as well. In fact, I think Muzzle would be far stronger than anyone else if that ever happened to him.

Well; as far back as I can remember, I did come across a fanfic that someone else wrote containing this idea. But I don't remember where it is. Its been a long time since I found it. In some fanfics, Muzzle is portrayed as an average joe with no powers. But I guess everybody has their own interperetation on how Muzzle would be like if he was ever transformed. I wish I could show you some of the fanart I made of Muzzle. But I am a bit reluctant.

And to continue with the subject; the idea has been used at least a few times as I remember, but I would advise not to let that stop you from trying it out. Because each of us has a different way of approaching the idea. Believe me, as an amateur artist I constantly feel the urge to try out different ideas and approaches to certain things. My piont is some crazy ideas are worth a try even though their may be slight risks evolved. But sometimes there are chances we have to take.

Point taken on the flunked thing, but they did show the episode more than just that one time. They simply played it without the song after the first round, which is kind of a good thing. After all, just because it's technically accurate doesn't mean they should have superheroes using that kind of behavior. How do you think kids learn certain words they shouldn't be using, after all?

Yeah, Iknow what you mean. When I rediscovered Road Rovers on YouTube, I was amazed at how much I'd forgotten. For instance, reviewing some episodes, I couldn't BELIEVE I thought Hunter was oblivious when it came to Colleen. And the show itself was WAY funnier than I'd ever remembered.
