Actually smart guy, I buy beat scooters/motorcycles from dumb guys like you that have crummy motorcycles, and then I fix some small things, and sell them for a small profit. I actually only own 3, a 50cc scoot for daily driving, a racing NSR for the racetrack, and a cruiser motorcycle for cruising this beautiful island.

Yes they all have to be plated. Registration and insurance is pennies.

I live here and have a 12 y old crummy yamaha that nobody steals, yet always starts, 1 scooter is enough and already hard enough to park..
