  • respect are the generic!!!

  • The bottom line---NOBODY can prove they have never done steroids. It's like trying to prove that unicorns don't exist...it's impossible. All we have to go by is his word, and the fact that he is really, really small compared to real bodybuilders.

  • LOLOLOL!!

The words "natural" and "pro" don't even belong in the same sentence.

  • what is natural?

    no protein shakes?

  • Insane physique!

  • dude your like my inspiration , i always wanted to prove that i can get strong and big naturally , and i had alot of doubts that it can never be done , but after watching your videos and the kinda weights that u pull you just fired me up to continue , am currently doing strong lifts 5X5 to build strength and getting awesome results from it , could you tell me what your routine is like or give me any suggestions of what to do after ?? thanks

  • Just because he's big doesn't mean he's on steroids, genetics, diet, hard work and years of dedication can give you those gains. Most of the haters on here will be skinny / fat internet warriors who socialise at the gym and go on the piss at weekend then wonder why they don't gain anything.

  • @samman183 right on the money with ur comment! I have many haters in my gym and the same goes for internet as well, but just like Tommy I do not give a fuck. If you have that incredible work ethic and dedication to this sport PLUS the genetics, other people are gonna envy the shit out of you and the progress that you achieve. I bet just about every single hater has never even attempted dieting and training on this level. People love success, but hate successful people. Bottom line.

  • @RexFuJesus - No need to be sorry. That stereotype comes with the sport and you are entitled to your opinion.

  • if you are natural, so why are you getting bald?

  • @FeFabregas - You are joking, right? So you think everybody who is going bald that lifts weights is on steroids? Really? Let's see, it might be because I am predisposed to baldness...I mean, I do have a grandfather that was bald and wearing a wig when he was 18, an uncle bald before he was 30, and a brother that was bald before 25. But hey, I'll be sure to accuse every bald guy I see at the gym that he's on steroids LMAO...you idiots crack me up

  • @Sporto4323 haha the shit these guys come up with, CLASSIC!!!

  • @JacksonUSA0683 - Seriously! By his definition, all the bald guys on the planet MUST be on steroids - otherwise, why would they be balding? It couldn't POSSIBLY be because balding is a genetic trait and that it runs in my family, right? I mean, my grandpa and uncle were bald by the time they were 18, and my brother was before he finished college. But hey, I guess they are all on steroids LMAO

  • @Sporto4323 I began receeding too a few years ago...it's just part of life lol. Man, your whole family is on the sauce? DAMN, LOL!!!

  • @Sporto4323 just don't pay attention on those morons who accuse everyone of using steroids when actually they don't know shit about training.they come up at me with same dumb story.so just keep training and I wish you best of luck in future!

  • @shark1806 - Thanks...I appreciate that! Actually, what those guys don't realize is that THEY are actually my biggest fans :)

  • @Sporto4323 yea few weeks ago when 1 guy in gym told me that he doesn't belive m I'm natural and he told me that I use all kind of shit, what he didn't understood is that he gave me biggest compliment natural guy can get :) I don't hate people who use roids and anything like that,as a matter of fact i train with some people that use them but i m natural and thats the way i chose.

  • dude i just want to see the guy workout. not some dudes face the whole time

  • whaats the best routine for a teen looking to start taking bb seriously? upper/lower and frequency?

    and what about bulking macros

  • Nothing against IFBB pro's, but I think these guys look 20x better. Slim waistlines, super hard muscle and just an overall perfect human physique

  • Very nice! thats the way i want to look like!

Not so big like coleman,.. :P

But i think you take supps? right?

i just want to know ;)

  • sick shit! You and layne are a dynamic dueo

  • looking great man, good luck to ya future dude.

  • Highly Respect these guys! Good work layne!!!

  • Omg, you're huge! Very muscular and so lean! Everybody who says you take roid or shit like that don't know anything about working out! Put you next to a bodybuilder and we will see the difference :p i prefer natural tho! I like your attitude bro! Really inspires me! Can you just give us your stats? weight and length? Thx dude!

  • @declerre - exactly, me standing next to an IFBB guy is night and day. I'm 5'10" and around 220 offseason and 190 contest...

  • so wait you do not dont take steroids like shots or pills?

  • @startingover101 - I don't take steroids, pro hormones, growth hormone, IGF, clen, thyroid, or anything like that.

  • I salute you man...nice size for been natural...I hate steroids users...Sports and drugs should never match...

  • people who think he is on steroids go look at the open class pro's in the non-natural divisions....look at the size difference and you'll realize who is on steroids

  • Congrats to you and Layne for the accomplishments ... it does seem like you both take criticisms from stupid guys on youtube very personally though

And btw tnx for not having a ridiculously inflated ego like Layne has

  • Damn dude, awesome shape. You're an inspiration! Is there any place where I can read about your training programme and just your general approach to bodybuilding? Like an interview or something. Thanks!

  • @jenslyn87 - I keep several journals online at various forums - most notably bodybuilding and then dot and then com with my handle on that site being Sporto1633...look for it in the Contest Prep section!

  • Most respect dude! You have a really amazing body for a natural bodybuilder(!), keep going!

  • I'm just curious... What are you not allowed to have to be a natural bodybuilder? Just steriods?

  • @halospartan5 - Each natural organization has their own list of what is banned for their own organization. Steroids, pro hormones, diuretics, etc.

  • this guy has phenominal development. This is what you should stay natural. If you use roids its a shortcut. Hard work pays off.Not to say that the unatural pros dont work hard but guys like Tommy have to really dedicate themselves...in terms of diet, training and commitment. It has to be 110%. I love these videos.

  • @Roniboney - Thanks! I really appreciate that!

  • Yo, Tommy, congrats with your pro win. I gotta say that you surpassed the standard when it comes to conditioning.

Congrats on being a father, btw.

  • @Bones98 - Thanks! That means a lot! I knew conditioning was the only chance I had against some of those monsters!

  • Natural? all these guys take supplements. Also, work hard? Without your naturaly occuring testerone you can work as hard as you want and still be flabby

  • @g1attie TYPICAL LOSER TALK. Excuses, excuses, excuses... Get some guts for fucks sake. Get up and do the work. Obviously you wont have any testosterone in your body if your 24\7 on the sofa smoking pot and eating pizza.

  • no offense, but anyone can claim to be natural.. short ester injectables and orals such as turinabol can clear the system fast. Just look at Ron Coleman. He competed in a lot of "natural" shows early in his career.

  • @zrx7769 - You have cheaters in every walk of life, and as unfortunate as it is, some people will always find a way around the rules. It just goes to show how insecure some people really are to have to compete against naturals while taking steroids. But hey, whatever makes them feel better about themselves I guess :)

  • Id just like to point out to all the people out there who bring steroids into the mix of the conversation...you are aware that if he were to even do one cycle..he would have to start ALL OVER because for one you get banned from natural shows for a specific time period..and two..hed have to gain a massive amount of new muscle to even compete. For natural..he looks awsome..keep up the good work..hope to see ya on stage someday (I do natural shows as well)

  • @abelke - Thanks! Are you a pro yet? I just did my first IFPA pro show this year and actually won it!

  • NO DOUBT, he's natural. Good psysique mate.

  • @hellere10banditters - Thanks I appreciate that!

  • i live how natural bodybuilders always have to say that they're natural...."so i was getting ready for this 'natural' bodybuilding contest with 'natural' friends and we see this guy working out that wasn't 'natural' soo we laughed at him and then went back home and did some 'natural' thingsss ya know"

  • @stfuandLiftBtCh - They don't do it to that extreme, but there's nothing wrong with making the distinction between the two levels.

  • What does natural mean? Does that include protein shakes?

  • @idonotneedanidforyou If this was a real comment, you are either a retarded mother fucker, or u are younger than 7

  • @idonotneedanidforyou Yes they are allowed to use protein supplement etc but they wont use steroids etc like many bodybuilders do

  • who cares about the natural ones. everyone loves the geared freaks.

  • @zrx7769 - Actually, the audience for natural bodybuilding is growing exponentially, so there is a growing interest

  • @Sporto4323 a very small interest at that

  • this is the real sport. roids are for pussys

  • @gino26gman bitch

  • Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, these videos are exactly what I needed right now, I am a serious natural bodybuilder, and I HATE steroids and I feel bombarded by them, i think they are a lazy cop out for a bunch of pu55ies to scared to actually work for it, guys come into my gym for 3 months in the summer do a cycle and disappear all winter and get fat, I'm stronger than them all and better built than them all but it still pisses me off, anyways you guys are REAL role models, and keep it up!!!

  • how many reps do you do on a defining workout?

  • layne has a pro card?

  • @Mu5clehead - Yes he does. We actually competed in the same pro show this year...

  • when we say natural we are talking about not taking steroids... correct? I am training for a comp my first one and would never do roids...

  • @rlseafor2105 Everyone has a different definition of what they consider natural. I don't take anything hormonal...steroids, ph's, etc. Just because it is legal also doesn't mean it's natural to me (like ph's). So define it any way you want and if you compete, compete within the rules of the organization you are competing in.

  • @rlseafor2105...as Sporto4323 replies to you....yes he is on steroids...but he explains it in a very diplomatic way.....

  • @VER0NIKKE - Actually no, I'm not on steroids - but I do take steroid accusations as compliments, so thanks for the accusation :)

  • @Sporto4323 I think you misunderstood me because there is no accusation here, maybe you have a persecution delirium, learn to read well the comments, maybe you are not abusing from steroids, maybe you use them in small doses, but certainly you don’t have a natural muscle development, there is some help there, any physician can say that, but it’s ok there is no need to get mad and ironic, you have good shape anyway.

  • @VER0NIKKE - LOL Um, no I don't have any persecution delierium, but thanks for your concern. I can read your comments, as well as your incinuations just fine. I wasn't mad either, so I have no clue why you even posted all that. Saying that I don't have natural development is saying I somehow got to where I am unnaturally...which IS an accusation indirectly. My reading comprehension is fine - yours is extremely poor, along with your choice of words.

  • @Sporto4323 Looking good man, can only hope for the best.

  • @Sporto4323 On the other hand, if you upload videos you will have comments from all kind, it is free to post, if you don’t want comments you can disable the comments window and you will avoid haters, etc…easy as that....

  • @VER0NIKKE - I don't mind the comments, or the haters. But don't try to claim you didn't do something when it is blatently obvious that you did.

  • @VER0NIKKE ...i agree with veronikke

  • @VER0NIKKE - Actually, I'm not on steroids and never have been. But thank you for the compliment of admitting how I look way better than you without cheating. Just because youdon't work hard enough to accomplish what I have, doesn't mean I had to cheat to be just plain better than you at life :)

Have fun being a nobody :)

  • @rlseafor2105 - We are talking about steroids, growth hormone, pro-hormones, clenbuterol, and anything of the like.

  • Hi, i just wonder guys what does exactly natural means? no supplements? no proteins? not creatines? or just pure food nothing extra;

  • @amaruz it means no steriods testorne growth hormone and etc if you take whey protein creatine vitamns and w.e your nautral if you juice then your not

  • damn tommy dont listen to all this haters there just d rideing you! LOOKED SWOLL

  • @eduardopapi94 I wouldn't have haters if I was a nobody :) So I must be doing something right!

  • @Sporto4323 Wha kind of advice would you give a 16 year old who wants to look like you? What are some mistakes you see kids make? What do you wish you did when you were my age?

  • hey tommy how many years u r doing bodybuilding?

  • @musclebomber1 I've been competing since 2004 - that was my first show

  • @Sporto4323 yeah dats competing but i said bodybuilding

  • Tommy looks so fucking awesome.

  • i'm kinda not sure whether this is Laynes's channel or Tommy's, but tbh it probably doesn't matter for what im just about to ask. Would you recommend using a split or full body routine when cutting? I've read that strength routines are normally good when used throughout a cutting cycle.

    Kind regards, H.

  • @Telecaster132 I always recommend the same split you have found best for you in the offseason. Whatever adds muscle the best for you will maintain it the best during a cut!

  • What an inspirational guy. People like this man keep me to go and follow my dream of being a natural bodybuilder. Awesome body man. From England.

  • @BoxFreshNikes Thanks I appreciate that!

  • Tommy, do you use supps from Scivation? How do you dose your bcaa's?

  • @pnolan23 Yes, I use the entire lines of Scivation/Primaforce. I dose my BCAAs (Xtend) DURING my workout...have for years and is the reason why my physique continues to improve the way it does...

  • Is it possible to post your workout? Natural bodybuilding needs to increase its exposure. Only one of my friends knows about this and that's because I told him about it! props to you man. Layne Norton is an animal. He claims he doesnt have good genes! Imagine someone that does!

  • @tripers - It's a pretty sophisticated split tailored specifically to me, so even if I typed the whole thing out, it wouldn't work for everyone.

  • Natural my ...ss, I am the real natural, and not use drugs. All you people do is dodge tests, and sprinkle some synthol here and there...

And testosteron boosters = NOT NATURAL.

As for Creatine, creatine can be found in many food sources.

    Mainly meat.

    SO creatine = NATURAL.

Beside that point, the supplements you `naturals` take, make me SICK.

Can better take STERIODS THEN :s

  • @ikelleners - Thank you for the compliment of accusing me of steroids! Other than that, it's obvious from your comment that you are pretty insecure and jealous of those who achieved much more than you. But thanks for the great laugh! idiots like you always make my day :)

  • Impressive!

  • Don't feed the troll guys, just mark and spam and leave it alone. They must be sick in the head to be leaving such comments.

  • dont even look like a bodybuilder... i know normal guys who arent on roids at my gym that are 25lbs heavier than you solid. God dam anyone could become a pro if you only need to be skinny like thins guy

  • @timduncan11

    LOL! Thanks for the laugh!

  • @timduncan11 your an idiot

  • We need more guys like you in the gym!

  • i talk about layne....he need synthol in this legs !! LOLLLL

  • We train legs just fine buddy - since we obviously squat about twice what you do without drugs :)

  • @Sporto4323 Hey Tommy,

I was just wondering how long you've been lifting?

  • @theworlddiesin6 - Since I was 17, so going on 15 years now...

  • With your last comment, you contradict yourself. Supplementing with Testosterone is no different than supplementing with creatine. You are FILLING A GAP. Testosterone is naturally produced in the body, all you are doing is supplementing with more of it - whereas some vitamins and minerals are NOT produced in the body. They are actually more NON-NATURAL testosterone. You do understand that right? P.S. DO YOU TRAIN YOUR LEGS ??????? because i only see bones on bodybuilder will full of Bullshit

  • Alright Maxi-Pad, since it's obvious that carrying on an intelligent conversation with you is pointless, I'll just say how sorry I feel for people like you. It's a shame you are that miserable and insecure with yourself that you choose to act the way you do. Very sad...thank god I don't have your pitiful life.

  • what exactly is all natural?

are there classes? i mean like ie with supplements, without supplements, raw food, ...

if not, someone using supplements and shakes has a clear advantage over someone who doesnt i'd say

  • Using supplements and shakes does not give someone a clear advantage at all. Now, pro-hormones, pro-steroids, and the like on the other hand do...

  • using shakes, vitamins, creatine etc. vs a veggie bodybuilder without shakes, vitamins and etc. for example

i'd say the veggie bb doesnt stand a change

of course against steroids they both dont stand a change, but i was talking natural vs natural

  • He may not stand a chance for the simple fact that the veggie bodybuilder is making a poor choice for nutrition - especially in terms of muscle growth. THAT is why he is at a disadvantage, not because of supplements.

All supplements do is "supplement" the gaps of what a person isn't getting through his food intake. If a person chooses not to use supplements and gets the gaps filled with their food, then it is the same playing ground.

  • yeah but things like creatine, well u'd have to be eating a LOT of red meat, cod or anything to get the same effect

and no-xplode, isnt very natural either

tribulus, wether it works or not, isnt exactly part of a normal diet

    and etc.

there should be made a distinction between supplements like protein powder, plain vitamins and specialties like creatine, NO products and etc.

  • With your last comment, you contradict yourself. Supplementing with creatine (hardly a specialty LOL) is no different than supplementing with vitamins. You are FILLING A GAP. Creatine is naturally produced in the body, all you are doing is supplementing with more of it - whereas some vitamins and minerals are NOT produced in the body. They are actually more NON-NATURAL than creatine. You do understand that right? So we chould distinguish between people who supplement with a multi or not?

  • @Sporto4323 I read some of the comments, and me myself don't understand why supplements are still considered as natural. Testosterone is natural too, but then why are steroids considered "non-natural"?? Like where is the line drawn, that's what I don't get.

  • There is no definitive answer, although the lie is usually drawn at the hormonal level. If the supplement is raising hormones (like testosterone) to abnormal higher levels, that's where they deem it un-natural. Ordinary supplements allowed in natural organizations do no such thing. Unfortunately, it's a complicated subject with no definitive answer though and is debated ad nauseum all over the place.

  • I mean, seriously, you can exaggerate this all you want. I guess we should distinguish between each and every thing we take and only compete against those who take exactly what we take. LOL. Come on, get real.

  • lol got a point there

u could also just give everybody exactly the same amount of weight out food and let them compete that way

it'd be like a scientific experiment then instead of a sport contest haha

  • and just eating tons, without any shakes vs eating less tons but taking shakes, nah i dont see that making much of a difference either, it'll be just more work to eat all that protein

  • @nephildevil

shakes dont really make a big difference, lmao

  • i can make a 600cal fat free shake and drink that in 5mins

try doing that with ordinary food

  • @nephildevil it's their problem for being vegans

and veggie lifters get a shit load of vitamins

  • true, but the idea is they get their own class to compete in

  • @nephildevil supplements are natural lmao

and every hard training bodybuilder HAS to use supplements

by hard training, I mean pretty dam hard, lmao

vigorous training without good nutrition is stupid

  • natural as opposed to drugs, but compared to just food without supplements

it is pretty much impossible to just get the amount of creatine for example from plain food, the creatine comes from a factory

and things like tribulus etc. are natural but they arent part of an ordinary diet either

training without good nutrition is stupid, but just like vegans ands raw food ppl, they might have their personal reasons for doing so

  • Watched a few of your other videos but didn't realise you were natural. Respect!

  • Ah...sorry I saw this after you posted in my other video. Yes, completely natural!

  • Hope to get this big at his age.. got 8 years

  • This is what bodybuilding should be like=)

  • I agree - thank you!

  • Natural is the way !!!

  • can sumone tell me if you can make a living out of natural bodybuilding?

  • Not directly through competing as there is hardly any money involved. You can make a good living through other means though (personal training, endorsements, etc.)

  • I think you look better than the Weider steroid monsters

  • Thanks, I appreciate that!

  • Layne and Tommy both have amazing physiques and incredible work ethic. Both of these guys inspire me. I always watch thses videos before I workout.

  • Thanks! That means a lot!

  • its so hard to try to stay natural ... n im only 16 ur one of the main reasons i stay natural cus i get huge motavation from this

  • That's great to hear!

  • As a natural myself I totally appreciate the discipline and effort it takes to get results and you have clearly got it sorted - well done Tommy..! Chris - England...

  • Thanks Chris, that meas a lot!

  • It's hard to stay away from juice if you're a muscle building addict. You train with ultimate intensity every workout but would reach the impossible tiers by jacking. You guys are inspirational because every bb has thought about it. It's nice not being a lonely natural

  • Thanks for the kind words!

  • Thanks for the kind words....it means a lot!

  • What a fabulous look.

  • Thanks!

  • These guys look indeed natural and fantastic. Great respect for both though. Both natural and juicers are true athletes.

Payday's just a bit different. Sometimes choices suck.

  • can u describe the body split that works for him

  • puny

  • Wait, let me get this straight...I'm being called puny by a guy named "StonedLoser" LOL! Whatever you say buddy!

  • you got him good lol

  • Ok tough guy, you were either a) really fat, b) on drugs, or c) a nice hefty combination of both. My guess is c! And considering I can press over 405 and I'm not even a powerlifter and I use no drugs whatsoever, I'd say you are the puny one for what you do LOL. Have fun getting stoned loser! Wow, the name fits right in...

  • Roid rage? Please tell me you aren't this ignorant, right? But thanks for the compliment...I actually like being accused of using steroids from guys who wish they had what I have. LOL...a stoned loser who talks about how much he can lift over the internet with no videos...you high schoolers crack me up!

  • well said. awesome vid! im 14 and beginning to get into bodybuilding, any tips??

  • @Sporto4323 HA got em. lol. I am a natural bodybuilder, and people always tell me how they can lift this much, and bench this much. How ignorant are these people, bodybuilders do not care how much they can one rep max ?? Building stregnth and building muscle are two differant things. You can use doubles and triples and make your maxes go up 60 lbs, without gaining little muscle. gaining strength is all in your brain building more neurons to go to the muscles mainly.

  • Bodybuilding is something you do for yourself.

And other people say 100X I use steriods while I don`t.

I work out with some Russian trainers, and they THA BOMB.

And I will be biggest and best ever.

But the thing is, who cares for competition.

Beside that, I probably never beat my trainers BENCHPRESS, and Layne and Cordova also won`t :P

  • actually alexis i can totally see how layne and tommy jeffers are natural as they are quite 'thin"..... now jim cordova is a true natural freak i'll admit to that

  • Jim is definitely a FREAK!

  • where all the episodes? were is episode 1-12?

  • everyone says like jim cordova and layne cant be natural, you guys are retarded, if you start training at age 20 and gain just 2 pounds a year of muscle(not that hard), where would you be by age 30 if you weighed 175 when you started? youd weigh about 195 of pure muslce?!! everyone thinks you have to take roids to get a good physique you dont, it just takes years of hard work, look at JIM CORDOVA

  • BINGO! Well said!

  • how natural is natural?

Just say "non-steroid user", but there's a whole bunch of other supplements ..

  • Those "other" supplements are still steroids...they are only legal through chemical makeup loopholes and its only a matter of time before they are classified as such. I don't take any steroids, pro-hormones (anything hormonal), ephredrine, clen, diuretics, nothing...just basic stuff like protein, creatine, BCAAs, beta alanine, vitamins, etc.

  • Good luck buddy.

  • Of course pro hormones are natural. Most are made up of ingredients like zinc, which you get in your diet through shell fish and meat, trbulus terrestris which is a herb and certain amino acids. They help your body to produce more testosterone and growth hormone in various ways naturally, as opposed to synthetic hormones in steroids.

  • Hate to burst your bubble, but zinc and tribulus are not pro-hormones buddy. The pro hormones out on themarket today are legal steroids

  • yeah I looked it up after and you're right. I've been waiting for you to correct me lol. From what I can gather pro hormone have things like 4 adro-something and 19-nor-something (which actually sound like names of steroids) which get turned into testosterone by your liver (correct me if I'm wrong). Surely there can't be much difference between these and oral steroids like Sustanon 250 and Anadrol (I don't really know much about steroids but I think those are oral) any way glad I was wrong......

  • about the zinc and tribulus thing cause I use those supplements :-)

  • impressive for a natural. you got to have genetics to be a natural pro :)

  • Genetics definitely help - you also have to have work ethic, dedication, perserverence, etc...

  • Great body for a natural he must work his ass off.

  • I certainly do!

  • looks so much better than the 5'7 280lbs freaks that can't wipe their own asses.

  • I wholeheartedly agree

  • I don't know about 5'7 but I guess I know what you mean

  • the blacksmith was always the biggest man in his village!!! not because he took weigh protein and creatine or even roids!!! but because he lifted heavy metal all day long!!!

  • There's more to it than that, but lifting heavy metal plays a big role
