there is one player kirk is defintley better than and thats that swedish fat man malmsteen i mean when he first came on the scene in the early 80,s some of his stuff was good but today he just plays the same arpeggios and million notes a second at least kirk and james come up with decent metal riffs and try something different

sorry about that i think i went too far kirks a good guitar player but he is not hendrix or srv or clapton or even slash hes not at that level i think i smoked too much weed when i put that comment on youtube and i find the best guitarist came from the 60,s and 70,s paul kossof eric clapton jimmy page eddie van halen etc but kirk is not in their league he plays the same thing over and over his best stuff was on the justice for all and ride the lightning albulms
