Are you using fresh spinach (blanched one) or the frozen one. If we are using the fresh spinach, do we need to blanch it or we can directly go ahead and puree it?
Can u pls suggest good brands of chapati flour.. I used to use Annapurna, but now a days i dont see it in any indian stores around.. I tried some other brands, but they have maida mix :( Can u pls suggest some good brands.. thanks in advance..
hii you can also try spinach poori..it is made of the spinach flour but it is cooked in oil in a pan...it is much more tasty...also add a bit of gram flour to it..it will improve the taste...

@sammybessie : It is made of the same material as a thermos - has insulation so it maintains the temperature of the food.

can we use the same method for mooli(raddish) ka paratha? I presume we will not mix the curd as we did in this reciepe..
puneetraina 1 year ago
@puneetraina
We have not tried the grinding method for mooli. Spinach tends to grind very well with the yogurt but we're not sure about radish.

Can I use raw spinach instead of frozen spinach? If so do I have to soak it in water and use?
19cybertron 1 year ago
@19cybertron: Yes you can. We suggest
you cut the spinach really fine.
You have to just wash the spinach - no
need to soak it in the water.
