@DoggyBoyLover77 It depends. The Peruvian ocarinas are meant to be more decorative than anything else, so chances are yours isn't tuned properly. You could try but you'd probably be better off getting one that's been tuned, like a pendant, inline, or transverse.

Well, you can either learn it by ear or read the sheets. I did a bit of both. If you listen and play along with an MP3 or something you will get it down.

I think it's best to try and learn all the songs you play by heart. I think they USUALY sound better that way. This sounded magnificent though :D

it REALLY helped me. Once you figure out which note on your ocarina corresponds to which note on the staff, the rest is easy. Be sure to read up on key signatures.

Thanks. It would have taken a bit longer to memorize/play when in D. Even though I say I can "read" sheet music, I can not sight read... I mostly use it as a reference and rely on muscle memory. heh.
