well, at any rate that school is in for one hell of a big law suit. This child was a minor and entrusted into the care and "supervision" of the school during school hours. There is an "expectation of safety and supervision" by the school. A very sad situation......boy goes off to school in the morning and by 3 oclock is dead

Yeah, pretty effed up. Students can't be supervised 100% of the time. He was found in a locker room and asked to go to the bathroom; two places you really can't monitor without opening another terrible can of legal worms.
