@marmiedoise No the F-15 back a few years ago was just under $18,000 an hour to operate. Should be roughly $10,000 and hour for the F-16(it might have 1 engine but it still needs maintenace like a beast). The F-22 only cost more to operate than the F-15 because of the RA skin. Fuel cost is similar.

It was actually the German prototype that won. But yeah, the Rafale beats the Eurofighter by FAR. Vive la France!
