UHCL 28a Graduate Database Course - First and Second Normal Forms

i need to apply the 3 NFs in an sql database. 2 tables. Employee (emp_id (pk), street,city,name) and Company (comp_id (pk), address, salary,comp_name). I assume , that an emloyee can only be working in one company, so i wont be needing to create a third table.. I need to relate the 2 tables with their pk' s.
