the 1st transistor invented is known as BJT( bipolar junction transistor). your video is nice

I totally agree about this video as I enjoyed it! I am now doing research about the first manufactures of electronic organs being the first to apply such technology. All three manufactures of electronic organs claims to be the very as Gulbranson, Allen, and Rodgers. Does any one know the actual truth and facts?

Good video however, Field-effect transistors were actually invented by Julius Edgar Lilienfeld in 1925 and by Oskar Heil in 1934.
Bell Labs constructed a working model in 1947 and I am sure they did their part in its development.
