  • TheMerryPup, thanks for the insight. My main issue is hip flexibility. It's getting better since I started training martial arts, but still a very slow process.

  • Interesting variation. I also have trouble with the Kettlebell OHS. I'm going to try this but instead of alternating I'll do 30 sec on one side and then alternate — shooting for 2 min total to start.

    Mike Mahler's Kettlebell in the Age of Quarrel seems to address the OHS issue. He covers:

    •How to get into a more upright position to get the most out of squats

    •Why thoracic mobility and ankle mobility must be addressed to get the most out of squats

  • Yeah, I know my form is not very good.
