The creative input the original creator had in the choice of voice actors is also lost since translated dubs are usually performed by a third-party.

@mtwardochleb There's nothing wrong with this dub. Most people actually prefer it over the japanese one. Also the studio for Cowboy Bebop even had a good idea of who they wanted for an english dub and the fact that Cowboy Bebop is influenced with a western style only makes the english dub more logical to watch.
