i just got a champion boss.. it moves very quickly through the air... after throwing a star valkyrie.. the boss has a very high tendancy to turn left hard. any suggestions to fix this?
@kgstandridge well the valkyrie has a natural S curve, and if you give it too much of a tug, it will just go straight to the right. The Boss has a small S curve during its flight and sometimes it will seem like it doesnt at all. The best advice i can give about throwing the Boss is to try and turn your wrist over as much as you can when you release. You will naturally find your comfort zone after doing this.
@kgstandridge I'm not sure you should listen to @KWebster04. While turning your wrist over will help you counteract the stability (tendency to turn right) of the disc, it will also create bad habits and your form will suffer. What I would suggest is stick to less stable discs (beasts, valks, etc.) and/or buy in pro plastic instead of champion. Pro plastic beats in more quickly and is naturally less stable. The aforementioned suggestions will allow your discs to go straight with less power.
I.m not sure what allows you to throw farther, 2,3,or 4 fingers . Also, when I do the x-step, should I take it slow with accuracy or fast with momentum?
I throw with 2 fingers. I can throw 450 ft sometimes a little more. I'm not very accurate with 3 or 4 fingers. Its really what works for you. A lot of people take a big run up into their x-step, I dont. So again its really whatever works for you. What really matters is how smooth you go through the motions.
Good video. I didn't know about the whole "two fingers in, two fingers out" thing. It's kind of funny that everyone who watches this gets your phone number, though.
Pro SL, hell yeah.

So my fingers are like springs and the more springs I have the better. Interesting concept...I always knew that extra pinky would come in handy.
