Just plain simple, hard, fast drivin' rock from up north. Love the older Rush ... they seemed to have lost steam starting somewhere in the early 80's. But ALL their early albums are gold. In live situations there are variables even Rush can't control that prevent the sound and performance from being exactly what is on the album; and really who would WANT that? Certainly not Rush, who always has relished the flourishes and variations they add to their songs on tour. Guys, come on, this is the studio track.

@Hopspop Yeah I've listened to this song so many times, trying to learn it, listening, trying to pick up the details. It's got to be the master instrument recording at least. But it might be that for something like this they leave the vocal track out and let the singer do their thing(?) It's just that the sound effects sound identical also, but it is hard to tell absolutely because of the quality. You can hear the over-dub at the end of the solo, ...everything is too much the same imo.
