  • it reminds me of a q2 due to the density of the whistle

  • Why did they stop in the middle on nowhere and whistle?

  • It's "The Ghost Whistle" where the train stops and whistles at the ghost of the old LO&S, and the ghost whistle answers back

  • @joneau261 The weird part, is that the railroad owns the LO&S motor car that they said about last time I rode the train.

  • nioce vid and i love No.475. Wat type of whistle is she wearing that day? I heard it before, but i forget the name of it.

  • It's a custom designed shopbuilt whistle. Often, it's referred to as a "PRR 3 chime", though this is only based on the similar sound. It's based off of the whistle used on N&W 382

  • I love it. It's good to see No. 475 (ex-N&W) up and running again. But I noticed a couple of new additions at East Strausburg: A position light signal and an ex-PRR tower. From its keystone plate, it is Tower 'J'. Where did they come from?

  • That stuff certainly isn't new. They've been there for at least the five years I've been visiting Strasburg, and the J Tower has been there since the mid-1980s

  • It's been a long time since I was at Strasburg. 1981 to be exact. Where did J Tower use to stand?

  • Awesome work. Excellent video as usual *****

  • Awesome work man!

  • Awesome work Jon! 5/5. Nice S&H from 475 at 3:19. I can't wait to go there in April. I'll be chasing! Hope another engine is running. I'm getting a little tired of seeing 475 every time I go.
