This looks like a really cheap version of the Wow! effect as the black lines are just so thick it makes it so obvious how the gimmick works. I'd rather not use a gimmick if this is the best you've got.

ofcourse masuda's invetion is way better, but its hard to beat this one... masuda's WOW is 3000PHP when purchased at Philippines, and i think this is just around 200-500php. Filipinos are more creative than what others think! This guy is extra ordinary like A.mayne!
