i tried to make chocolate decorations, but as soon as I take it out of the fridge, they start melting on the baking paper and I cant take the decorations of the paper. Do I need to use a special chocolate? I used dark chocolate Merci.
that's why he works on marble slab. Put the marble into the fridge to get it super cold, then pull out the slab right before you're ready to work with choc.
It is marble slab that is used to spread the chocolate on. The marble needs to be cold. The white chocolate lines is created by spreading the normal way and then is scraped with a serrated scraper to create lines.
What type of paper is that?!

You need to temper your chocolate and you are not suppose to refrigerate it, it adds moisuture to the chocolate. Watch some videos on tempering.

It needs to be semi dry which would mean it would be just right to apply the dark chocolate.

no.. i guess this is a type of chocolate.. n it's called Cigar..
i thought they'r makin a real cigar 2.. lol.. but the real chocolate cigars are machine made... a chocolate flavour is added to the tobacco leaves..

it's only a decoration called cigare .... as in french is called roll, doesn't taste tobaco or anything, it's only because it's look like cigare
