Hollywood diet does not work at all. I would rather buy a hard core pill like Phenphedrine which is so powerful no diet can replace it. Eat normal, workout mildly for 15 to 20 minutes and have the pill. See how your life changes.
Hollywood cookie diet is a JOKE! Look at the nutritional profile... it's just like Chips Ahoy Chocolate Chunk Cookie!!! They have 36 grams of sugar!!! That much will promote hunger big time! GET SERIOUS... Cookie Dieting works but go with the original Dr. Siegal's or with the generic R&D Diet Cookie. I think R&D works better and I they cost much less. I lost about 70 lbs on them almost 3 years.
@lmishelle2005 I agree how can these people possibly be getting the daily nutrition needed for life? People just need to at least attempt to eat healthier and work out......that actually works if you discipline yourself
@evy08 You are correct. It's not easy to lose weight and starving yourself is not the best method of weight lost. Trust me, I've tried doing that myself and almost got sick. I would much rather smoke weed than to do this cookie diet. It's sounds very unhealthy. At least us two have some common sense.
I don't see your point. Yes the cookie diet is based on a low calorie daily intake of 800. Why are you saying this diet might not be the best choice ? I've been on this diet for the past 3 weeks and I have lost 11 pounds and I have never felt so energetic. I also take natural multi-vitamin supplements. What you don't know is that this diet also shows you to eat small portions frequently and drink lots of fluids for when you'll be off the diet.
