Its been a decade but i still think this game looks amazing. Are reakktor planning a real sequel? I know they released some space sim mmo recently

@abvmoose87 Game still is amazing. xD They announced a sequel I believe 2 years ago along with a piece of concept art but due to legal and licensing issues it's really hard for them to develop Neocron 2 or 3. They do plan on a sequel or at least fixing up Neocron 2 but it might be a while off as because they are only paid to work on Black Prophecy (the space sim) they have to work on 'Cron in their free time without getting paid for it.

i think you don t even have to buy an acc. you just have to create a trial acc and cancel it immediately. yeah nc is still played but it needs more player. atm there are only some player online at 20- 24 o'clock(german time ) on terra. xbox maybe you are the guy who bring some new player with your videos ^^.

@WelcomeXLevi I never knew you didn't have to buy an account. :P Glad I payed for the game and pay monthly for it as the devs are apparently a bit tight with money so it's nice to help them out. Getting new players is also one of the reasons I made this video, I wanted to show people that Planetside isn't the only MMOFPS. :)

@Laurenan69 You get up to 100 players on a day, so people still play the game, has a bit of a cult following with original players, I'm quite a new player with about 3 months played, brilliant game though. Also it was only one of the servers that was removed, Terra and I believe the 2 German servers are still running.

@Laurenan69 If you pay for it using PayPal it is free to play however you will need to buy an account (if you buy one via a CD copy it costs around £2 - £3, if bought on their website its £20 but you will need to get the company to make you an account if you buy a CD copy) and if you pay via PayByCash or (if you live in a country where it works) Click2Pay.

I payed £20 and the monthly subscription of £6.50 a month and it is well worth it!

@karle3434 No problem. :D I love Neocron, it's a brilliant game so I thought I would make some videos of it. My next batch of Neocron videos will be of my main character (Private Eye Assassin) and not of the beginning of the game but of the Outzone area. I'm thinking of adding commentary to my next batch too, good idea?
