Look up 'Robert Johnson' or a few other classic blues guys like 'John lee hooker' and its worth looking up eric claptons robert johnson sessions on youtube.

Also, you say you play only rock, don't forget that rock is firmly rooted in the blues ;)

If you want tabs, you can check out Eric Clapton's From the Cradle and Me and Mr. Johnson books, as they cover a broad range of modern renditions of "traditional" blues songs/structures. That might be the easiest way of catching on. I went from playing metal in my teens to playing blues in my twentys and that's how I pretty much started - first by learning off of tabs and then progressed to playing by ear and then by soul.
