  • Is it hard to slap with the hot hand on your thumb?

  • @Funkaslunk1994 No, but you need to set the SPEED control to adjusts the ring’s sensitivity of the Hot Hand for large or small movements.

  • non avevo mai visto un basso con le lucine sulla tastiera! maraglissimo! comunque il BEF Pro spacca, ora me lo compro!

  • hey dude, nice work. question: can you modulate the envelope filter with JUST the hot hand sensor and leave the distortion pedal out of the equation?

  • @evanstraley is exactly how I made this demo. The hothand in disabled on the preset of Multiwave Bass Distortion, it's only on the Bass Envelope Filter Pro.

Using the hothand on both pedals you can get more extreme effects :D

I will do a demo with the hothand on both pedals, as soon as possible

  • @CiuBass awesome, thanks for the info man. i'm def going to pick up the hot hand as well as the envelope filter. i've already got a boss bass overdrive pedal to use in place of the source audio distortion pedal (but i might need to get myself one of those in the near future!).

  • @evanstraley the MultiWave Bass Distortion is very different kind of pedal from the BOSS ODB (and IMHO much better quality and bypass).

The ODB is an overdrive. MWBD is a very versatile distortion pedal, able to create sounds like a synth.

Regarding the use of hothand with BEF and MWBD, Take a look to the newest Source Audio video:

  • @CiuBass you're def right, and the pedal i've got isn't too versatile, but i've only got so much cash to drop on new bass gear, ya know? either way, i'm at least picking up the envelope filter and the hot hand. thanks again dude!

  • nice!! what rhythm machine do you use?

  • @dino777bass it's Toontrack Ez Drummer

  • NICE!

  • @sourceaudioeffects The nice thing is your great pedal, definitely not my playing style! :D

Please say hello and thanks to Jesse

    Regards

    Nicola
