Two chumps busted in one set, sweet...and this one goes out to busted chumps....just think about the night in jail, laywer fee's, ASAP, all the good stuff....but the best pasrt if was all of that worth it for my entertainment???? I say yes it was, that made me laugh thanks chump's,,,
another point about this film is just like my other videos, its meant to show real life situations, police work in general and doesnt have an agenda..you cant have an agenda and film in a way where you record as things happen and release the full raw video file and never have made an edit to meet a specific propagandized agenda..the videos i make are about police work, sometimes about officers but while theres suspects out there, the filming is surrounding them and what the suspects are doing.
you cant be interferring if you haven't said anything, the officers should have been either watching the other ...
You are wrong here. Your presense alone is interferring with the officers duty. Public or private property if you are close enough that an officer notices you that is considered hindering or interferring.
what ?? where does it say that haha. sorry but the guy is right. he was far away enough to start screaming "POLICE BRUTALITY" for no reason and it would be perfectly fine. Cops just think that every video camera is out to catch them F**king up. interfering would be them arresting the chick and when they swung her around her face hits the camera, thats interfering. If all you need is an officer to notice you during a misdemeanor stop than they would close the hole street to vehicles and peds.
not sure what you are referring to i legally could have been closer to the arresting officers than i was..i was nowhere close to coming to an interferring point, plus up untill the cop said something to me i remained quiet, you cant be interferring if you haven't said anything, the officers should have been either watching the other cops or should have been helping out, he doesn't have the right to make a judgement about me interferring anyways, the US supreme court already has and i was right!
"i was nowhere close to coming to an interferring point"
But that's not a call you are in a position to make; only the police officer is.
Again, I like your videos, I'm glad you risk a lot to get them. All I can say is to get involved in emergency services and I guarantee you will see the situation entirely differently. Public safety agencies need to be in complete control of every situation that they're in. I often learned that lesson the hard way.
I like your videos, but you were in the wrong. It doesn't matter whether you're on a public sidewalk, if an officer decides that you're getting in the way of his/her doing their job, its their right, no, responsibility to get you to step aside. Its a judgment call, but the fact is cops need to be able to do their jobs without some bystander hanging over their shoulder.
Again, I like your videos, but you are not vital to the situation, thus you should just step aside in situations like those.
i wouldnt say he is in the wrong cus he isnt. virginia law requires intent for an interference arrest so by him staying in the sidewalk he is on the right and he could have been talking smack if he wanted to also. but i would say that this guy knows what to do and what to say so when an officer tells him something he likes to show off his knowledge to a cop, thats why the cop walked away and said nothing. Honestly i would have walked a little back and not been an ass about it.

You did a great job of standing up for yourself and refusing to be pushed around.
I'm really impressed. My hat's off to you.
