  • Take one cup of uncooked wild rice,mix in a can each of cream of mushroom and chicken soup,brown two quartered squirrels dredged in flour,add to rice along with 1 can of mushroom stems and pieces,and some water chestnuts.Sprinkle 1 envelope of onion soup mix on top and bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours. Excellent!
