Shih Tzus have an undercoat so they are fine in the snow especially for a shot while to do their business. Many breeds are fine in the snow. Don't get dramatic folks.

I don't see how it's abuse to have an animal walk through snow. Should the dog be taken to the owner and given to the pound where it will be killed after a month if nobody adopts it? People are so full of it these days. That dog has a better home than it would if it were in the wild and fending for itself as well. Cute video.

My dog does the same beware if the snow is very wet it will stick to your dog for hours it happen to my dog last year he was like a snowman take care thumbs up for your video.
