@kalbossa My guess is that it wasn't *added*, it was probably recorded from the phone used to film this -- during the recording of the video, the FaceBook app on the phone probably triggered, having received a notification. I don't think it was added later, intentionally or by accident. I think it's just a by-product of how common it's become to be able to shoot videos with a phone's camera, and fewer people need to buy an actual camera or camcorder. Same as if the phone were to ring.

If the phone makes a noise (whether fb or a phone call arrives) during the filming, it's going to get "heard" by the microphone that's providing the audio track.
