I am firmly behind this kind of effort. Our state of Illinois tabled the only 10th amendment resolution and it died in committee.
My only question is: What is the state going to do when the IRS brings action in federal court on a private citizen or group within state borders? The answer to this is very important. Do they also want to nullify federal gun or drug laws?
S. Carolina tried this under Jackson and it didn't fly well. Let's hope it works.
its interesting that the feds recently added an additional twenty thousand troops to georgia for homeland security...wonder why they picked georgia?
