maybe Im missing something, but I didnt hear anything about a "national ID card" or implanting chips. They were just talking about an ID card that parents carry around with them in case their kid comes up missing. How is the FBI tracking the kids with that?

1st step: All kids carry national ID card.
2nd Step: ID cards have GPS tracking mechanisms added to track kid 24/7.
3rd Step: Mandatory chip with GPS implanted underneath skin for "safety" reasons, just in case card gets thrown away, misplaced, or destroyed.
This is scary. Do you want FBI agents tracking your location 24/7 and recording the data to bring false charges against you under the Patriot Act?? No thanks!!
