One of my most favourite movies ever. I remember buying it on DVD without a great deal of expectation. I loved it and watched it many times. Just seen it again tonight on TV for the first time in years and it still had me hooked from start to finish like I'd just seen the film for the first time all over again. 5/5 a perfect film from start to finish.

Even the low life criminals hate Denzel, Ethan said, "I found something out today, I'm not like you, they're not like you" It's a brilliant movie, 1 of the best I've ever seen. This & city of God are 2 movies I didn't expect would be that good but they were amazing.

Why would alonzo decide to introduce some random rookie he never met before to his world of dirty police work on a day as important to him as that day??!(i.e the day he had to steal 4 mil from that guys house and deliver it to some russians or else get his ass capped) I mean everything would have went just fine if he hadn't bothered with jake!!!
