i echo what is said here by othersz, i too remember seeing the apocalypse and immiagrtion of peoples across oceans and the crack and aids and chemtrails being dumped on unsuspecting populations, i had deep visions to his late sat nite radio program, sometimes id fall asleep and other times i would vividly dream visions of great beats mixed in with his farrahkan tapes and other brilliant mixes...miss those good days of hardcore chewin the vine and sswiingin in the forest rap
Lost Sheep Productions (East Coast) R sort of doing what Michael done back then....But Michael included news, local vocals from activist etc. Off the hook! Anybody know where I could get more of Mike's music....?
@Followingfist AND IF u find out let me know too....i miss the good days of michael mixin moor with the news clips and fantastic gorilla swining on the vine
Sounds Crazy but I thought I was the only Dude listening to 89.9 and Michael Moore..I was 20 years old..White..but Conscious Enough that I wanted to hear The REAL DEAL..it was hard to hear the bashing on Whites..but I understood it..and Most of the time when he played local news clips IT WAS EXACTLY WHAT WE ALL THOUGHT!!!..White or Black..Honestly..This dude changed my Mindset and that has echoed through my life..In a Good way..!R.I.P. some of the Best Mixes I ever owned are from his shows..
This Brother use to broadcast on KCRW 89.9 I would have the hardest time trying to get a signal so I moved from Anaheim, Ca to Corona, CA just to record his music. I had a suitcase full of his music on tape but lost all them and I wish that I could find someone that could sell me some copies. This brother was the news of wait the F was going on and he was the best DJ ever to bless the Radio Waves...
RIP Michael. I remember listening to this man back in the 90's saturday nights on KCRW. It changed my whole way of thinking, the way I saw music, the way i saw politics, and the way I saw life. Thank you.
