Anything other than standard is better
Bridgstone BT39ss or Michelin Pilot Sport although you go 110/70/17 on the back

He has a cracked BT39 on the front and a bald original on the rear, and he still gets the pegs down, so it's not worth spending more. Originals are fine, and smoke nicely too.

the original tires are shit XD... i have BT45 on my cbr. (front wheel 100, and back 120)... the best tire for the cbr 125^^ ;)
