same thing happened to me, along with many other glitches. random red and yellow cards after scoring goals, spot kicks from beyond midfield bouncing over the keeper's head and a bunch of other stuff. I hope there's an update to fix all this soon.

i get yellow cards after scoring goals but i think it is if there was a boud foul but ref played adavantage and then gave yellow card afterwards
