Awesome song, unforgetable battle. Gene enters to the pantheon of great villains form MGS Saga. His voice is PERFECT, justify it's power to dominate ande influence. MGS: PO is a great game, worthy as a chapter of the best franchise of video game history.

I've played this fight at least 80 times. Just for the music and Gene's techniques... and the epic phrases. In mode extreme was a epic battle too, Gene is more powerful and... is only epic, just that.

tough boss because of that annoying attack which rams into you and takes like half your health bar

That's easy to dodge. When you see him charging that attack, run up to the walkways.  He'll run into them, not you.

I was surprised as hard as it was for me to get into this game how much I ended up liking the Gene fight.  Fun fight, even if I sometimes get into sucky periods and can't avoid his charges for junk. The music is something that I really love for this battle, as well. Very cool and just seems to really go along with the character of Gene :)

Personally I didn't like the way the bosses were in this game. They were all basically quite easy to handle, and I expected much more from the ICBMG.
