Looks good, but I just hate culinary fundamentalism, it's highly illogical. "it's just the way my brother did it" not every part of the chicken cooks for the same amount of time, therefore it is probably overcooked.

I ate there this weekend for the first time with family. The BEST chicken ever. The beer was good and cold. The only issue was with the beer. It's 3.2 beer. I'm from Texas with 5.0 beer so it was a little weak. lol

This place is amazing and yes I am partial. The hotest decadent chicken, the crispiest okra, and the perfect compliment of onions, pickles and bread. Do not be dismayed when they bring you butcher paper to eat this wonderful feast on. P.S. The coldest bear and often times, they serve the bottles at your table on ice. I heard there is a book being release this spring/summer of 2011, about the history of Eischen's Bar.
