love the transitions, and the video editing of the "ghost" is really good. =) Story pretty good. My rate for it 3/5. Good videography. =)

2 points you can improve on:

1)Sound, the sound captured was very fuzzy (causes it to be unclear)

2)Be more daring with regards to the camera angles and zoom factors.=)

This is just my personal opinion. Keep up the great job, i'm sure you and your team can excel. =)

The film was pretty good, my rate is 4/5, the editing was good, but I suggest that next time you should use 2 or 3 video cameras, but I really appreciate the shots, the green light in the ghost is not appropriate, maybe it's better to us to study more on production to produce a high rated film..
