Adding a Watermark - Sony Vegas - Text, Image and Moving Watermark

I'm trying to add a coolface but I just get this white background. I hate that! So I went into photoshop and removed the background so it was just the face. I put it in sony vegas again but STILL IT'S THIS WHITE FUCKING BACKGROUND. HELP PLEASE :(

@ThePippkorn when you remove the white BG in photoshop, save it as a PNG...or even a PSD file...Sony vegas actually takes PSD files...which is totally awesome.

I feel like this was wayyy to long for only making a watermark when it's so simple, Make a new video track, add text, move to down right using pan and your done or do the same with the image.
