Most important is length of the inner. Less than 2.2 is pretty annoying since changes are your sleepingbag touches the inner, and fly. There are very few tents out there that are long enough for tall people.
I like a backpacking tent with two side doors.. just roll out. The Nemo Losi (HumbleOutdoors $275 w/free footprint), comes to mind. Under 5lbs and very tough and innovative.
