@Feon2 He's not weak he's just training to be stronger he trains to look strong. In his seminars he has said the most hes benched was 550 pounds and his best squat was around 650 pounds. he also says that was when he was younger and dumber. i wouldn't consider that weak
and everybody biological is different. 20% many be high for ones but not for others.

@ikelieners exactly. i also been training naturally. i hate to see the examples the "pros" set for their fans. all theyre doing is leading them to injury & no muscle gains/improvements.
@cobraradam why should i shut up? im upset that jay cutler is setting a bad example for his fans by training incorrectly. & i dot kill myself in the gym. i started bodybuilding(with no intention to compete) because i had a strong passion for it. now that i see these "pros" the way they show up on stage, im sure by the time i achieve their size, ill be better due to the excessive amount of fat they carry. & no one knows all about bodybuilding, everyone's body is different; thus, diff rules apply.

@TheWeinerdrizzler im working my way up the ladder. ive been bodybuilding for about three years now. and i do everything by the book. the way it should be done. in this video, jay cutler is traning like a novice. making embarrassing mistakes. and i say embarrassing cus if that was me id be embarrassed. after more than ten years i wouldnt make mistakes like that for my fans to follow. and when i am a 4 time mr olympia i will criticize even worse. cus i wont train all dumb, and i wont carry a gut
@matt517472 ok i exaggerated calling them dumbasses. but they make beginner mistakes like locking elbows and knees. that leads to serious injury! and they ARE fat. even on stage. a true bodybuilder should have abs like rocky balboa on part 4. instead they have fat all over their waist. you cant disagree with that.

I been trained by Universaty Russians, and have a LOT of experiance.
If I would train like that, and since I am a full natural, I would not GAIN SH_T in that shape of training.
I learned, let them train 5 + years FULLY natural, see what happens then....
