  • what a poes!!!!!

  • Gawd this poes made me so angry

  • grootste poes op aarde

  • @Mikedellify Hy is 'n kwart poes...'n heel een is darem nog bruikbaar

  • Two tries disallowed, a break or a guaranteed third called back, multiple high tackles (one just before their 'winning penalty'), encroaching offside at rucks, every ruck in the half was effectively illegal. Pocock took Brussow out off the ball. So many penalties ungiven, so many yellow card offenses ignored, at the end of the day the Boks were robbed of a good 33 points. That's a conservative amount. 21 for three legit tries, and at least 4 penalties for illegal pay in Aus 22.

  • fokkin poepol!

  • die klein FOKKER!

  • WHAT A RETARD

  • The problem goes much deeper than just Bryce Lawrence. Most refs these days r dishonest and corrupt and its coz they get selected on politics and favouritism by unions like EP and SA coz they have family ties and suck up etc. Clean up the game at the smaller unions then integrity will filter thru to the higher levels as well.

  • Were there any Suid AfriKAKans complaining about the ref when Wales lost their opening match due to a kick that was actually over?

  • @aleshamahon Yes, I for one thought it was over, and thought the Boks were perhpas undeservedly winners. But a QF is a different matter to a pool game.

  • @aleshamahon Fine, you can take your supposed 3 points and remove 7 for the try from a pass that was a good meter forward. There, happy now? Added to that, the ref still gifted Wales many opportunities to win.

  • Yeah so what? Samoa are still waiting for justice re: Nigel Owens. All Blacks are still waiting for justice re: Wayne Barnes in '07. Bottom line is shit happens and there's nothing you can do about it except wait four more years

  • @Gollum120711 Nz were beaten by an extra man in 07 not a forward pass. Samoa have suffered no injustice. In fact, the ref was heavily in their pocket, so why that they complained is actually quite pathetic. But the PI'rs are not known for good sportsmanship, quite the opposite in fact.

  • @Blitzbok That's bullshit Nigel Owens was in the pocket of the Springboks when they played Samoa. They were very lucky to prevail in that game. Add to that James Hook's "missed" penalty that would have given Wales victory. I won't deny Bryce Lawrence made some dodgy calls to against the Springboks but if it weren't for some dodgy calls that went the Boks way earlier you guys would not have made the QF in the first place

  • @Gollum120711 Incorrect. Take 7 away from Wales for a try by a very forward pass and award them that 3 that MAYBE went in, then we can talk. As for Samoa? Ha! Illegal rucking, taking out players in the air, one which led to their comeback try. Multiple high tackles, encroaching at rucks. No the ref gave the Boks NO advantage. Even carded Smit incorrectly to appease the Samoans. Very poor ref. No ref has EVER been in the Bok's corner. Not even once!

  • @Gollum120711 The Boks were by far the best side in the tournament. Hugely robbed as always. Even in 2007 and 1995 we had very poor calls. It's unfortunate that this hugely superior side had three tries wiped clean in a QF they dominated in all facets of play. Add to that the Aussies should have had no less than three yellows and the Boks multiple penalties, it was not even a contest. Not a matter of some poor calls, a complete alliance to back Australia. Fact, end of story.

  • @Blitzbok It's outrageous you say that the ref has never been in the Boks corner ever!! What about all the home town refereeing that teams had to endure when touring South Africa in the 60's and 70's? What about the phantom drop goal against the NZ Maori in 1981 which salvaged a draw for them? Or James Dalton's "try" in 1998 against the All Blacks which even he admitted he never scored? Why is it that referees fear making legitimate calls against the Springboks whenever they play in front of

  • @Blitzbok their home fans? The truth is that Lawrence made some shit calls and there was no conspiracy to knock SA out just as much as there was no food poisoning in '95. If you say they were the best side in the tournament how come the All Blacks dominated everyone in their pool scoring at least four tries in every game. A pool which included France? If they were so good how come they only managed to score 18 points against a second string AB's side while the AB's put on 40 against

  • @Blitzbok a second string Boks side. Face it 2011 was simply not your year. So stop thinking you had some divine right to win the tournament.

P.S for the record I did want SA to beat Aussie, I was quite dissapointed.

  • look i understand he made crictical mistakes but u can't deny australias defence was still bloody good and we had alot of other chances to convert a great run in a try

  • @vampzzzzzzz Yeah Aus's 'bloody good' defence was probably 75% illegal. Pocock was off his feet and had hands in the ruck at almost every single ruck. Any other chance the boks had to 'convert a great run into a try' was blocked by Bryce Lawrence making dodge forward pass calls.

  • @vampzzzzzzz Australia's defence was actually very poor. 17 defenders beaten, 12 linebreaks conceded. Does that sound like a good defence? No. Every time South Africa broke through or built momentum in Aus 22 the ref intervened to relieve the pressure. In fact Australia were panicking and fell apart, making dozens of very bad errors under pressure. Bryce handed the game over, end of story.

  • Die ou is nar, haal hom van die veld af. 29+9 vir SA en 11 vir Aus. rematch asb.

  • Lawrence should be confined to a sound proof room and watch re-runs of the game 24/7 for a week or two! That would be justice, but will he admit his errors? I don't think so; Einstein he is definitely not!

  • He must be very carefull coming to SA, he will have to answer for his mistakes in a street or any public place here!! .....and there wont be someone to ref the game that will be played!!

  • As much as he made a bazillion mistakes , the Boks should still have been good enough to win. The ref when we played Samoa was just as blind , but we still won. Could have , should have , would have , means nothing. We should have won immaterial of the shitty refereeing !! Pocock and McCaw are geniuses at playing dirty rugby and getting away with it !

  • @andrewspaltman So how does a team win when they have three tries wiped clean off the board? Samoa are not a TNs side you know. That argument has to be the most idiotic I have ever heard. If it's not bad enough that we have to deal with animals running our game we have to constantly be twice as good as Aus or NZ because of bad reffing alone.

  • @Blitzbok If you say it must be the most idiotic argument , then I supose it is....seeing as how you are obviously an authority on rugby and I am just a fan of the sport. My sincerest apologies and seeing as how today is the 25th of Dec ....a Merry Christmas to you too ! :)

  • This things MA SE POES........ I hope he gets to ref one of the super15 games at newlands next year.

  • he's not as bad as alain rolland mind you

  • @pasqualemcneb Almost every ref that refs a South Africa test is a biased ref. I can list over a hundred incidents that have severely cost us in big games or meant we had to fight against incredible odds to win. It just isn't good enough for a professional sport. For those still in doubt, the email exposing Aus and NZ refs hatred for our players years ago. "Get those Jarpies" was the call, and they have been doing it well ever since.

  • He should be black listed in South Africa...

  • What a faggot

  • I hate bryce Lawrence, what a pr1ck.

  • @Mikedellify He's such a POES!
