It's there for a couple reasons. [OLd] was the name of the clan I was in back in THUG1's heyday. It was a clan for people who were 18 or older, which is pretty old considering this game's target demographic. It was originally uploaded to my video site, OLd Videos, when that finally shut down, I re-uploaded all the OLd videos to YouTube, and by then, the videos themselves were old.

This is the PS2 version. All my PS2 videos are recorded with an old AverMedia UltraTV PCI 300 card on my PC. Basically, it's a PCI card that adds a TV's video inputs to your PC and lets you watch TV and record things.

It's a really old PCI-based card, and it's been discontinued. I got my AverMedia PCI card at the Westerville Micro Center while it was still around. You can pick up TV cards like this at computer stores, usually next to the video cards.

I found a way to overload the map and make stuff float. I haven't done it for awhile but you basically have something int the air where you want it and have a full park without any more space. then try to make it as high as possible without the limit being maxed. and copy and paste. or cut? i dont remember

When asked if you would like to set the DNS server address automatically,

1. Select Manual.

Yeah, this video was made in October 2004, right after THUG2 came out. There might be a better sink/float method than this; I haven't been keeping up on it.

You hack your saved CAP file. That's the only way to do it outside of THPS4's stack bug.

Dude...the PS2 has only 32MB of main memory. There have to be limits. Good park makers can deal with those limits.

I don't know if you can do it on a PC. You probably can. I've tested this with the PS2 versions, and I think the Xbox versions have this too.

Glad you guys like it. Ground merging is part of the trick. If you want to ground merge, just repeat the paste-lower-cut step until you get to the depth you want. If you want see more complicated ground merges, look at the pre-made CAP 'Career' and mess around with the trees that are a little too close to the edge.
