@Jbrking01 its because of the connected thing at the chain cover on the engine. sorry i am german and don't know the name for it ;) that usually has bad contact and therefore fucks up the speed. tighten it properly and clean it, and no more problems.

and u shift early bro. could have done more with the same tucking space.

First off 636 is not a 600cc class bike (636cc's)! Thats why kawa made the zx6RR (600cc bike) for the 600cc class to race. Second, if you knew anything about bike OR even sports car speedo's you would know they are actually under-rated along with HP for insurance puposes wich is another reason people who want to now REAL HP use a dyno! (to keep insurance down for the rider's manufactures under-rate machines). A little CREDABLE research will tell you NEWER 636's with slight mods will do 200mph!

ummm....you've never owned a ZX636 then huh? I set the red (actually its orange) shift light at whatever rpm I want it to light up and in this video its set at 14000 rpm which is earlier than peak power output so I let it rise a little higher..its an indicator to let me know thats all.

Its a Beltronics vector 985. I have wired up a plug for it to go into my comms system so it sounds in my helmet. I made a SS mount for it and it is stuck there with velcro...works really good
