I don't know, but after this song was made she duetted with him on his duet album (Baby It's Cold Outside) so I'm guessing he, at worst, doesn't mind it!

You're right. And Space also made a cover with Tom Jones for the same album; I think the song was "Sunny afternoon". Plus, Cerys appeared a couple of times with TJ in TV shows, singing "Baby, it's cold outside" and "What's new pussycat". So yeah, I think Jones actually like this ballad.

Yeh I think you're right, that it could be "tom tom tom" (or "jones jones jones"). "Tom Jones" is a bit of mouthful tho innit ? For some reason it goes "chum chum chum" when I hum it to myself.
