@lurker2626 Oh god, I really understand what you mean now. I HATED the japanese voice acting in P4. X( And yet I LOVED the english voices. O_o But given that Atlus is really good at casting the voices in their games, (Persona, DDS, Trauma Team, etc.) I think the game might have some good english voices. :)

For the people worrying that this MIGHT be the new Persona 5 game, it's not. It's just a game that they've been working on when P4 was in the making and they continued to go on and off with both projects (jumping to Catherine, then to P4, then back again until P4 was finished).

Apparently, Persona 5 is already in the making and it's unknown whether it will be on either the PS3 or the PSP.

@woonam Dante was in SMT 3: Nocturne, but it wasn't a "Devil May Cry game". It's a cameo appearance so I think it's kind of silly to call it 'Persona' when they're most likely even going to be different genres. From what I hear of this game, it doesn't really have a "Persona" feel like most people are saying. It seems like a very sexual, psychological horror game to me. So if people are still going to think that then that's their loss I guess.

Also, it doesn't "feel" like Catherine is going to be a psychological horror when it's already been labeled as that

@woonam I'm not missing what you're saying at all. Vincent made a cameo appearance in Persona, and that's that. He's not important to the plot, and he was only in it as a hint of what was to come. This is kind of a silly argument, especially considering when I saw Catherine for the first time myself I didn't think 'Persona' at all, despite being able to clearly tell it's from the same team. They're just not related.

@Nudoru I think what he's saying is that when Kotaku first released info of Catherine(except there was no name for the game with the release of the screenshots) people speculated that it was the announced future Persona release. Some of the same developers that worked on Persona are working on Catherine, namely Shoji Meguro. So what I think he's saying is that there's still that (unlikely) chance that Catherine is the Persona game that was announced so long ago
