It's not magnetic, magnets do not affect paper and the body doesn't "send magnetic waves" (check with a compass...).
It's air currents, I've tried it too : even though the air seems perfectly still, slight air currents are there. Your hands channel them.
Try putting a _glass_ above the wheel, it will stop turning. Not a bowl, a bowl is big enough to host slight air currents (I'v tried that too).
To be sure it's PK, you have to make sure no other force gets in the way...

Well, let's look at the scientific point of view. A hot air balloon flies not from helium or hydrogen but actual hot air.. Now that piece of paper uses the same concept, but in a different way. the hot air escaping from your hand into the paper structure, and the hot air escapes from the edges of the paper structure.. Sort of like an overflowing cup of water if it were up side down

you know what, i can not be bothered explaining to you what i mean so i suggest that you make a psi-wheel yourself, i made one a while back, it was very shit, took me less than a minute to make. Seeing it move all the way round on its own when i put the paper on the needle does explain a lot.

It could be heat from his hands or chi energy which feels like heat to the person, however the hands should be normal temperature. Chi feels like a tingly burning sensation coming from your palms or fingertips in this case. It will feel like heat and burning but when you touch your hands they should be cool.

its hard to explain but in your body there is something like whats in magnets, you can try at home by putting your hands about a half a centimeter away from each other and really concentrating, you might feel what feels like putting two wrong sides of a magnet together, its like a push feeling, if you concentrate hard enough you should be able to do it from a foot or half seperation between your hands.
