after the softe created the all-package folder put the file on our desktop like it said nowhere in Itunes can it find but finds all my previous restores and back ups when you said click the restore what command keys on the keyboard are you talking to appy it to the itunes update cause itunes keeps reverting back to my old back up and restores you should of created a small text file out lining what to after cause your voice is not working on any of the you tube settings
