Your dice should count as some sort of point-costing unit, they cover so much of the board.

Also, are you really going to follow through on a Swooping Hawk army? If so, I would advise taking an Autarch, as they make deepstriking more fun. They are definitely the most broken unit in the game. They would give your buddies new ranges and flavors of reasons to dislike playing against you, instead of just the normal turn-5 tricknology.
