BE VERY CAREFUL. I have heard of the anti-virus programs mentioned in this video and i believe they are legitimate programs, HOWEVER:

Do your research on the programs first. Do not blindly follow advice you are given on removing such programs. I would advise first visiting a leading branch of computing retail (i.e. PC world) and consulting them.

PC world currently feature an in-store service called "the tech guys" who offer advice in store and (at a small price) can service your PC for you. They are trained and know what they are doing.

Tell them the problem, and they can check for further viruses, and remove such unwanted programs. They did it for me when we somehow managed to get "my security shield" <-[Caution - rogue malware] on our PC - and we have had no problems since.
